Give one useful resource a deliberate distribution plan

Turn an approved resource into different pieces for the buyer's next decision. Keep the founder's judgment, link back to the full evidence, and measure conversations.

Start with something worth sending

An approved resource or a repeated sales question triggers distribution. The output is a channel plan, reviewed drafts and a record of what buyers did next. The founder supplies judgment and actual experience; AI can draft and adapt the material from the company brain.

Choose a resource a buyer could use today. A workflow with an exception branch, an editable measurement contract or a specific decision table is a stronger starting point than a broad opinion about AI.

Build the distribution set

  1. Name the audience, commercial problem and resource that answers it. Match the content to a real service lane rather than inventing an offer.
  2. Extract the decision: the mistaken assumption, the evidence and what the buyer should do differently.
  3. Draft a post explaining the decision, another showing the visual, and another using a practical exception or lesson. Each should be useful on its own.
  4. Check that every first-person claim is the founder's actual experience. Reference designs remain labeled when they move to social or video.
  5. Adapt for the channel. A post can carry a compact branch map; a walkthrough can show the worked example; The Brief can explain the judgment in more depth.
  6. Review facts, source links and voice. Keep approval and publication separate. A draft queue is not a publishing record.
  7. Publish on the agreed cadence. Use tagged links that identify resource and channel without tracking named visitors.
  8. Collect meaningful replies, buyer questions, template use and calls citing the resource. Update the next brief from those observations.

Keep the content attributable

Do not convert a client story into a public example without checking permission and removing identifying details. Do not take another practitioner's post, swap words and call it a field note. Link to the original when its evidence is part of the argument.

The founder's voice is more than sentence length. It includes which claim is worth making, what experience supports it and where uncertainty matters. A person should keep that judgment even when the production work is assisted by AI.

Learn from the response

Review audience fit, useful replies, return readers and qualified conversations. Reach and reactions can help diagnose distribution, but they do not establish pipeline. Keep outreach use visible: a resource can earn its place by helping a sales conversation even before it attracts search traffic.

If calls do not mention a resource by the day-45 review, inspect who received it and how it was used before adding more content. At day 90, keep the formats that helped conversations. The experiment register stores the decision and the observation without turning a small sample into a universal claim.
