Hub resources and newsletter requests
The Hub records anonymous resource events: event type, resource, page path and time. Events contain no email or persistent visitor identifier and are retained for up to 90 days. Subscription requests record email, company domain, consent time and the resource source. When connected, Beehiiv receives the email and source and requires email confirmation. Pending requests remain saved until delivery is connected.
We may research a submitted business domain for company fit. A domain does not establish buying intent. Newsletter consent does not automatically authorise a sales sequence. No visitor-identification script is currently enabled. Before enabling company identification, we will name the provider here and provide the required visitor choice.
Booking a time creates the event on our Google Calendar with your name, email, any notes, the originating resource and lane. We keep the same details, the call time and the resource source with the call record. On Netlify, request records are stored privately in Netlify Blobs. Runtime previews store them outside the public site directory.

Who we are
GTMhub is the trading name of Digital Ally Media Private Limited, 1209, I Block, Jains Carlton Creek, Khajaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500104, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Questions go to hi@gtmhub.ai.
What we collect, and why
- Booking a call. Your name and work email from our forms, and the details you give when you pick a time. We use them to hold the call and follow up on it.
- The Brief. Your work email, to send the newsletter until you unsubscribe.
- Working with us. What you share in emails, calls and proposals, to scope and run the work.
- Using the site. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site.
Business contacts and outreach
We contact people at companies we think we can help. For that we use business contact details (name, role, company, work email, public profile) from professional databases and public sources, on our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses. Every email carries a way to opt out; once you do, we stop for good. You can also ask where we found your details.
Client data
When we run work for a client, we handle their data and their customers' data only on the client's instructions and under our agreement with them. In that work the client decides how the data is used, and their privacy notice applies.
AI tools
Much of our work runs through AI models, including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's models, used under their business terms, under which what we send is not used to train their models. We send only what a job needs, and a person reviews the output.
Where it is processed
We are based in India. Some providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Bookings and enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client records: for the engagement, then as long as tax and company law require.
- The Brief: until you unsubscribe.
- Outreach contacts: until you opt out or the details stop being relevant. Opt-outs stay on a suppression list, so we never contact you again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (the GDPR in the EU and UK, the CCPA in California, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India), you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Write to hi@gtmhub.ai. We reply within 30 days and never charge for it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Security
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use providers with strong security practices, and protect accounts with two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will say so on this page.
