Each channel’s job, budget and target on one page. Re-cut every quarter on what made pipeline.
One line per role and stage, written from your GTM brain.
What works stays; the rest is split by stage, product and region, so a budget call is read, not guessed.
Static, video and documents in-house, one page per offer, refreshed before fatigue.

Which platforms do you run?
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, DV360 and The Trade Desk. We recommend the mix; you do not need all of them.
What do the AI agents actually do?
Claude Code and Codex run our skills: audits, search-term reviews, ad and page drafts, tracking checks and the weekly read, through connectors to your ad accounts and CRM. A senior strategist reviews every change that spends money or reaches a buyer.
We only run Google and LinkedIn. Is that enough?
Often, yes. The plan starts from your buyers and budget; channels are added only when they have a job.
How is it priced?
A one-time setup (your GTM brain, unless another service has built it, plus the tracking and account rework), then a flat monthly fee set by your spend band, reviewed quarterly, with a three-month first term. Never a percentage of spend.
Can we start with paid media alone?
Yes. Your GTM brain is built in week 1 as part of setup. It is one brain for your company: add another service later and it plugs into the same brain, starting the same week.
Will you start our account from scratch?
No. Campaigns with history and results stay, with their learning. We rework the structure, the tracking and whatever wastes spend, and new campaigns sit beside what already works.
Do you make the creative and landing pages?
Yes, in-house: static, video, documents and pages. Creative direction stays with you.
Do we have to move accounts or tools?
No. We work in your ad accounts, CRM and analytics. The platforms bill you directly, and everything stays in your name.
How soon will we see pipeline?
Wasted spend is cut in week 2 and the reworked account is live by week 4. Pipeline takes longer, because B2B sales cycles do. The weekly report shows both.
