Questions
Before you book.
Anything else, ask on the call.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
B2B tech teams of 50 to 1,000 people whose buyers research before they talk to sales, with a CRM in use and a site you can change. It is not for you if you need results in weeks, or want volume content with no one checking it.
How is it priced?
A setup fee (your GTM brain is built once, with your first service), then a flat monthly retainer to run it, sized to how much we publish and place, with a three-month first term. Both are quoted after the call. Tools stay in your name, paid at cost. We never take a percentage of anything.
How soon will we see results?
Technical fixes start in week 2, and first pages and posts go live by week 4. AI answers can move within weeks of a page or placement going live; Google usually takes a few months. You see what moved every week, and what it did for pipeline every month.
Can you guarantee AI citations?
No one honestly can: the same question returns a different list of brands almost every time. We track many runs, report the trend, and work the gaps it shows.
Is it written by AI, and will Google penalise it?
Agents do the research, briefs and first drafts. An editor checks every fact and the voice, and you sign off before anything goes live. Google penalises thin pages at scale, however they are made, and we do not make them.
Will it sound like me?
It starts from a weekly call in your words, keeps your point of view in the brain, and you edit before anything posts. Most founders rewrite the opening; that is the point.
How much of our time does it take, and who does the work?
About three hours in the first month, then 15 minutes a week, plus a 30-minute call for each founder or exec who posts. The senior editor you meet does the work, with AI agents on research and drafting.
How do you keep it safe?
Every answer goes out as you, by name: no fake accounts, no paid reviews, no pages spun up to game rankings. Nothing publishes without an editor and your sign-off.
We already have an SEO agency or writers.
Good. We can run the AI search and source work alongside them, or brief and edit for your writers. Everyone works from the same question bank, so nothing is written twice.
Who owns it, and what if we stop?
You do. Pages, profiles and data sit in your CMS and accounts from day one. After the first term, the brain and content system are handed over in full, so you can keep running it yourselves.
Can we start with AI search and content alone?
Yes. Your GTM brain is built in week 1 as part of setup. It is one brain for your company: add another service later and it plugs into the same brain, starting the same week.
