Do you charge a % of ad spend?
No. Flat monthly retainer. The % model creates the wrong incentives — agencies are paid to spend more, not to spend smarter. We invoice services only; ad spend goes direct to platforms.

Minimum ad spend to work with us?
$15K/month total ad spend, across channels. Below that, our retainer doesn't math out for either side — we'll happily refer you to a great freelance practitioner.

Do you build landing pages and creative, or only manage media?
Both. Every Full-service retainer includes landing page builds + CRO and ad creative production. Most agencies outsource one or the other — we keep all three in-house because they're inseparable in practice.
