How quickly can we start?
Sprint engagements typically kick off within 1–2 weeks of signing. Build engagements 3–4 weeks (we're scoping team availability). If timing is urgent, say so on the intake form — we'll be straight about what's possible.

Do you replace our existing tools?
Almost never. We ship into your existing CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and sequencer (Outreach, Apollo, Lemlist). Our operating layer sits alongside, not in place of.

What size companies do you work with?
Best fit: $5M–$100M ARR with a real GTM motion that needs leverage. Pre-seed and early seed: we'll usually refer you to a fractional GTM hire instead. Enterprise: scope is bespoke — talk to us.

Do you take equity?
Rarely, and only with strategic clients where we operate as a long-term partner. Default is straight cash. We're a working studio, not a fund.

What if I have just one specific GTM problem?
Sprint is built exactly for that. Two weeks, fixed price, focused on one area. No commitment to a longer engagement — you can take the roadmap and run it yourself.

Who owns the IP?
You do. Everything we build for you — workflows, agents, prompts, code, dashboards — is yours. We may keep generalized learnings (no proprietary data) for the Labs.

Where are you based / time zones?
Operators across US, EMEA, and APAC. We staff each engagement with at least one operator in your time zone window.

What's the catch?
Senior-only means we're capacity-constrained. We turn down ~40% of inbound. If you're a fit, we'll know within one call.
